Shipping Policy - When will my order ship?
Typically we ship your order within 24-48 hours after being received. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday.
No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays, and your order will be shipped the following business day, as shipping services do not offer pickup on weekends.
Shipping Costs & Estimated Arrival Times for Domestic Orders
For US orders we provide Flat Rate shipping. USPS usually take between 2 - 5 business days to reach you.
For International orders we will have calculated rate at checkout.
As much as we want it to be fast, keep in mind that these are only estimates which can change during the holidays or adverse weather conditions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to the best customer service satisfaction, guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department (direct link here) within 15 days of receiving. Our representative will document your complaint and create a ticket for your reference.

Rest assured, we offer100% Refund or reprint on any defective print orders to ensure you only receive best quality products.

Every order we process is custom order, so please make sure you provide us the correct names / letters on the order to avoid misspelling.

All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the return envelope, or the refund/return will be refused, to get the RMA number, just leave us a message on our "contact" page with the title RMA Request and a note on the reason for the return request.​
